The hotel is really handy for the excellent theatre and Victoria hall. Nice places to eat and drink a few minutes away. Not sure about the potteries sites and venues as didn't have time to explore those. Lovely stay.

Waited for several minutes for the desk clerk (then saw others do the same later while sitting in the bar, just lazy). They charge you for parking in an open lot across the road, for Stoke that’s pretty shocking. There is almost nothing near the hotel. It’s very nice but pretty sad overall, though that’s probably more about the area than the hotel. Also, if you book through Expedia you don’t get Hilton Honors points, which is apparently the hotels choice and is crap!
