Booked 2 rooms and when we got there got told only one was booked beds were shot springs gone overall just didnt enjoy the stay

The hotel is worse, cockroaches everywhere, smelly room, the TV is not working, and despite complaining to the staff, nothing was done.

The hotel was not clean.Door lock was unsafe. I don't want Expedia to offer this hotel to their customers.

the hotel was disgusting not only was it filthy, run down, windows were broken the WiFi box was hanging out of the room window the floorboards all over the place felt like they were about to collapse, it stunk of drugs (weed) it was more like a half way house, not a safe place to stay in with kids the bedroom doors were not secure. The pictures on the website did not compare to the actual hotel!!
