"The cost to me is way too high for the quality of the hotel. The elevator was broken so you had to walk with luggage many flights of stairs. The room could have used a better cleaning. The air condition worked great! The tub was dripping water the wall paper was pealing off. The mattress was worn out, you sank in the middle! The whole hotel was in poor condition. The breakfast was pretty good, offering many choices. It makes me sad to see this so run down as it’s always been a hotel of choice for us."

"The hotel and staff were great. Pool was great. Breakfast was good. The only issue I had was the peoplein the room next to ours were arguing loudly more than once and woke us up at 5:45am I had to gt the front desk and make a complaint. That was the only disappointment."

"I am writing to formally express my disappointment regarding our recent stay from June 7th to June 10th, 2026. While we visited Gatlinburg to celebrate my daughter’s 21st birthday, the experience was significantly marred by a lack of basic services and poor communication from your staff. I booked this stay with the understanding that the property was undergoing refurbishments. However, upon arrival, we discovered that the internet and Wi-Fi were completely non-functional, and the TV in our room was unusable. When I sought assistance on June 8th, I was asked to spend 30 minutes on the phone with IT myself, only to be told the issue required a simple system reset by your maintenance team. Despite this, no action was taken. When I requested a room change that evening, I was told it was not possible. Furthermore, the staff claimed the entire building's Wi-Fi was down, yet I was able to connect to the lobby Wi-Fi without issue. This lack of transparency, combined with being told to check back every hour for updates, was unacceptable. Due to the lack of resolution, we ultimately handed in our keys and checked out early at 8:00 PM that night. In addition to the technical failures, the room was outdated and poorly maintained; we found dead insects near the microwave and in the bathroom, and the bathroom vent fan was non-functional. While your staff remained polite, their refusal to provide a solution or a room change was deeply frustrating. Given that we had to cut our trip short."

"The AC did not work. It was so hot that we could not sleep. The free breakfast buffet was a joke. It consisted of gravy mix with added water, powdered scrambled eggs, hard biscuits, whole apples and some good sausage. Of course we could only eat the sausage because the rest of the food was garbage. The game.room was a joke. I asked for change to shoot pool, the desk employee stated I had to buy tokens from theachine. So I go buy token but the pool tables were broken. I then ask for my money back for the token because the table is broken. All the employee said was, yes it's been broken for weeks and we have asked them to co.e fix it. I said really!!!! The why did you tell me to buy token to play pool if you knew the tables were broken. The furniture in the lobby was extremely worn. There was food all over the carpet. The rooms room not cleaned very well. I will never stay at this place again."
