"We had a fantastic time here. The rooms are excellent, comfortable beds with good showers. Beds are cleaned daily which was a nice surprise, cleanliness was a big plus point of this hotel. There are 2 pools guests can use and are close to the bar/restaurant which has well priced drinks and great barmen/waiters. In fact, all staff are extremely helpful and polite. "On arrival the first impression of the resort was dirty crumbling buildings. The reception staff were unwelcoming and rude and disinterested. The room was dark, no wifi In the room filthy shower (so bad we didn't use it) tea cups had a black hair in and sticky sugar residue. We asked for a pot of hot water in the "bar" area and when poured some brown particles came out. The following morning we asked for a bottle of water that never arrived. "Had a lovely stay in January for a week, the room was adequate for our stay, a comfortable bed, tv (if you like to watch tv), a/c and fan a balcony. The room is a bit small but wasn’t a problem the bathroom has hot water and good shower. The beach is a short walk from the accommodation lots of bars and restaurants around.
