Very good value and decent standards at this lovely hotel. Pool and gardens are well maintained- rooms have fridge kettle and you get bottled water daily. Housekeeping keep everything spotlessly clean. - minutes walk to the beach and easy to get to lots of beach shacks, great place to stay

This is a really lovely hotel, staff are great and it’s well Maintained and very clean! Staff are always cleaning and tidying the grounds and public areas. Rooms are spacious and comfortable with lots of storage. Breakfast was excellent with lots of choice and it was not too busy when we were there. The pool is great, a good size, very clean and again not too busy. On a good stretch of beach with plenty of shacks to eat at. Not too many larger restaurants close by, but taxis are cheap and easy to get. Loved the fact that hotel provides free water daily as this saves the effort of buying it (even though it’s cheap!) great hotel and I recommend.

Outside public area not maintained well. Rooms very basic but clean. Room bar fridge empty, water only. Resort has no social amenities, but playground for kids. Lovely pool and whirlpool. Very close beach access, beautiful clean beach. Excellent food on beach in food shacks, they provide shade and beach benches

Excellent location. It is off the hustle bustle of the city crowd Staff is extremely helpful. location is beutiful. Food was great. lots of activities on the beach which is steps away. short coming if any is its isolation if you are the type who wants to see/discover Goa. Transportation is dependent on Unionized taxi service. Thus limited options to get out and discover goa
