Clean and modern. Lovely staff. We had a power cut during our stay which meant no breakfast first morning. We were only there two nights. Breakfast the next day was so good, we were even more disappointed that we’d missed it the day before. The only negatives I would say is that no reparations were made for missing breakfast and the air conditioning was not very cold. Apart from that, it was great.

The hotel was great. Breakfast had excellent choices for everyone, we stayed 4 nights and had different items every day. Location suited us very well, next to main Chinatown area, plenty of restaurants, though mostly chinese of course! Walked to some sights, and Grab very reasonable to get around further. We'd recommend, and definitely stay again.

Stayed in this place knowing from other reviews that it's open though not quite finished. While we did see some evidence of this (like a mattress delivery) it didn't affect our stay. For the cost our room was finished to a very high standard, and had everything you could need, it was very clean. The room had no windows but that didn't really bother us as we were only in there to sleep really.

I liked the simple, easy-to- use shower in my ensuite. The best I have come across in my travels.
When I wasn't well the Chef sent up toast to my room as that was all I could eat. No charge, so kind of him.

A relatively new hotel situated in a small block opposite China Town. Has a lift to the 5th floor reception area. Room was clean and they provided shampoo, shower gel & water daily. Daily housekeeping available too.
Despite being right on a busy main road there is no noise disturbance. It’s a great location for restaurants, food vendors & markets. Central Market is a 5 minute walk along with lots of sightseeing spots.
Would recommend this hotel for your stay in KL.

About Chinatown–Sentral
Deeply immersed in Oriental culture, heritage and history, Chinatown in Kuala Lumpur is undoubtedly one of the most popular tourist spots in Malaysia. Chinatown is a vibrant and colourful area that never sleeps and it is also a well-known bargain hunters’ paradise due to its bustling night market.
Don't Miss
Visitors to Chinatown have a number of interesting attractions to choose from. The extravagantly decorated Sri Mahamariamman Temple is Kuala Lumpur’s main Hindu temple and it’s definitely one for every visitor’s itinerary. It is a very impressive temple incorporating Spanish and Italian tiles, precious stones and gold in its design, a truly spectacular sight.

The Warehouse, housed in a colonial style 100-year-old former textiles warehouse in Chinatown is a hip and quirky art gallery with a café and restaurant. Renaissance-style couches, woven rattan chairs, terracotta tiles and pillars give The Warehouse an odd, eccentric look. The art gallery has a series of rotating exhibits by modern, local and regional artists. It is well worth a visit if you are looking for something completely different.

Chinatown boasts a fantastic array of bars and restaurants. The majority of them specialise in Cantonese snacks, seafood and Hakka noodles but there are also charming bistros and cafés serving up mouth-watering western cuisine. Most of these restaurants are open until the small hours, making it easy to grab a bite to eat at any time. There are also a number of exciting nightspots in the area for those who want to party the night away.
Shopping in Chinatown KL
Chinatown is a vibrant, bustling area and there are many bargains to be found along its busy narrow streets. Petaling Street market is a shopper’s haven; here there is an eclectic mix of everything from shoes to watches, DVDs and CDs. Alternatively, souvenirs can be found in Central indoor market, housing stalls that sell artwork and handicrafts created by local artists. Here the merchandise is inexpensive and is comprised of traditional goods such as embroidery, carvings, souvenirs and sculptures.
