"I stayed in this hotel during a recent 2-day break to Liverpool, and I was very impressed by the standard of the property. Upon my arrival I was welcomed by a friendly receptionist who informed me that I'd been upgraded to a deluxe room, which was an unexpected surprise. With this upgrade I was given a voucher entitling me to 200% off food and drink purchased in the hotel throughout my stay. Needless to say that I took advantage of this offer and I'm very glad that I did, as the food and service in both the Seven Seas Brasserie and the Castaway Bar were second to none. It is with this in mind that I rate this hotel a 5/5 property and I will be back. "

"Dockside view room Was amazing with plenty of space , a living area with settee and bathroom was roomy with large shower and seperate bath . Hotel is a bit far out but worth it . Book the pool before you go as we were disappointed not to get in as it was full"

"Lovely clean cosy room with a Beatles vibe and comfy bed. Could do with decaf teabags as well as coffee in the rooms. Breakfast was very nice, everything fresh and hot. Great location, very central. Would definitely stay here again. 😊👍"

"Had a fantastic night’s stay at The Halyard - wish I had been there for longer! Check in was quick and easy and I was able to get into the room on the 6th floor early. The room was spacious and very comfortable with plenty of hangers and drawer space to unpack. Complimentary drinks in the mini bar were much appreciated. It was quiet and there was no disturbance from other rooms or outside. Lovely smelling toiletries and the corridors event smelled nice - little details that make a stay feel more premium. Room service was reasonably priced and arrived promptly (took around 20 mins at 9pm). Breakfast included a good continental buffet selection and hot dishes too. Service was excellent. Would 100% stay again if I visit Liverpool."
