"Staff was terrible, it seem they were not happy to received tourists during the spring break. Of 4 interactions I have all of them we rude and short. The elevators were broken, we were force to take the service elevator, I did a couple of trips with the garbage. Laundry wasent working, so no robes or clean towels. Building are old, rooms are outdated and in bad shape. Very busy place, lots of people having pocnics in the lobby area. Pools are busy, and not that hot. I can keep going. Ill never go back to this place. Fairmount prices for a Motel experience. "

"The staff were attentive and helpful at the front desk. The cleaning staff did a great job. The rooms were clean and comfortable. I would prefer a softer mattress, but it wasn't too bad, and the wifi wasn't great to game on but that was expected."

"Dirty everywhere. Dirty room, dirty pool, dirty halls. This place is very dated and smells of cat urin. The carpet in our room was bubbling and grimy. The “breakfast” was a selection of bread, hard stale waffles and hard boiled eggs plus a handful of yogurt. The coffee was empty and after 30 minutes we made ourself a pot cause no one else had. Additionally they have people sleeping on the couches in the lobby, not sure why but it was very unprofessional and made it uncomfortable for guests to use that space. Went to the pool, we understood it was busy but there was a huge group causing a ruckus and walking around with open liquor in the pool. The kids of that group were rushing ten at a time down the slide, so dirty, overcrowded, chaos. Would not recommend this place to anyone. "
