We stayed at Horizon beach hotel for a one night and wanted to tell that we will be back. Our room was on the top floor and front of the beach. View from the room amazing. Everything was clean and new. It is nice and clean hotel. Thanks for everyone who worked there

Beware this place allows smoking 🚬 n balcony so you can’t open your windows unless your want your room to stink of smoke. Not sure how they get away with this when law states have to be six meters from windows for smoking yet they are less than one meter from window, literally right outside your windows are the balcony. Total turn off, would never stay here again for this reason alone. Also beware, not all rooms have balcony despite all the lovely pictures of balconies and mountain views. So called Mountain view overlooks outdoor parking lot. Plus kids running the halls,very noisy rooms, pool area screaming kids , no escape from thumping and banging. the one we were first in had very dirty carpet. Also a big turn off. If you are cigarette smoking parents who want to go to hotel and let your kids run wild for the night, this is the spot for you. Pictures are very misleading.sorry for harsh review but stay away if you are non smoker and like a reasonably peaceful stay near a lake .

The parking garage was closed so we had to park in the back lot and there were only stairs to get up and down. If you need a ramp you have to go out the front down the ramp and then walk to the back. Was not convenient at all

This property is in the middle of renovations, but we had a great stay in spite of this. There is a nice sized indoor heated pool and a small outdoor hot tub. We stayed in a renovated room which was nicely finished and a bonus was the underfloor heating system in the bathroom There was a full sized fridge, a stove and a toaster with all the pots and pans you would need.
