"Excellent stay, beautiful hotel, helpful, friendly staff. However, very disappointing continental breakfast, which had to be ordered rather than a buffet, help yourself option. Just cereal, over ‘cooked’ toast and croissants don’t constitute a continental breakfast in a 5* hotel in my view. It didn’t detract from a lovely stay in Chester though!"
