We really liked this hotel. After reading the very mixed reviews we were a bit nervous but we could not fault it. The area is lovely and feels very safe and the big shopping centre was very hand and catered for all our needs. We found the hotel staff to be very helpful and friendly. The staff were absolutely lovely, greeted us every time we entered and left the building. Room facilities were really good, modern, fresh, new, plus we were upgraded - much appreciated on my first trip to Paris. Lovely view over the marina, excellent location, good transport links, felt safe, nice walking area. Close to both a metro station and the Seine. Plenty of shops nearby plus corner restaurants on every street.

Staff were lovely and helpful, answered any questions we had. They made the trip easy for us by booking airport transfers, they went through the amenities with us. We were so thankful for the free cold water tap they provide in the 'living room', it was so good to have after a long day of exploring, eating and drinking. Had room 401 and it was perfect for our long weekend stay. The check in process was really easy and the instructions sent over were excellent. Didn’t hear a peep from any other guests or from the street below. The location was really good too, close by bars, bistros and restaurants without being affected by lots of noise. The room had everything we needed, the bed was comfy and the shower was awesome. Would stay here again for sure
