"We stayed at the Novotel for 6 days and it was phenomenal. The staff was very courteous and easy to communicate with. The breakfast was amazing and the entire facility was very clean and comfortable to stay in. The subway is like 5 minutes f a walk which really made the visit very easy. "

"Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful, including looking after luggage after checkout.The room was very nice, seemed to be recently updated to the new Campanile style, a good improvement on the old style. The room was very clean and the heating worked well during a very cold trip. The only moan was only having two small milk cartons for two people, so only one drink each?! The paper cups aren't pleasant either. The area outside was having road works so a bit difficult to drag cases, but that's not the fault of the hitel."
