"This is my honest review for the 5 days my family and I stayed at the resort. The staff were friendly and helpful. The food was great. The pools were great too! We got the family selection with the rooftop pool and my kids loved it and it was great! But there was alot of miscommunication between the staff. Before you book they send you a list of what you want and need for the room. I didn’t not recieve anything on the list. I had to request it more than 3 times before I got some of the items. For example like the diaper pail for my daughter, The baby supplies and baby sterilizer and bottle warmer. Which is fine if you don’t have it but don’t send a list requesting what you need just to not follow through. Since our room had a pool never received the pool towels after asking for it 2 times we used the bath towels. We had a butler service we were communicating with. We celebrated my daughter birthday which we paid for a cake and the decoration and everything in the room was beautiful but again the miscommunication cake came the wrong flavor and did not provide us with anything to cut the cake or utensils or anything. The staff did eventually try to set things right with all The inconveniences but the cake issues was never resolved or the towels. The resort was beautiful, the food was great beach was beautiful but very unusable but they have no fault in that just a lot of seaweed coming in and the staff tried to clean as much as possible."

"This was my first time staying at a Grand Sirenis hotel, and must say that their customer service is Top Notch. Their staff really go above and beyond to make sure you have everything you need. They have concierge staff, like Alfred, dedicated to Expedia guests and to make sure you are taken care of throughout your stay. They also have other concierges in each building, like Roberto in building 28, who make sure you are assisted at all times. The complex is big, but they have golf cart shuttles you can jump on to get to your room or to restaurants. Their Bellboys are simply great, but Carlos Arias and Jose Molina really stood out. The room was excellent. Their buffets (breakfast, lunch, and dinner) were delicious and there's food for all kinds of diets. I only tried their "Butcher" (meat restaurant) and "Oishii" (Asian fusion restaurant) and the cooking was just okay, but their staff was excellent and extremely accommodating. Daniel was in charge of the pool area and he did a great job entertaining guests. The Pool bar staff worked hard, but the guests were not generous with their tips...Guests need to be better at that. Sargassum has become a problem in the Caribbean sea during spring and summer, and this hotel's beach was greatly affected by it in 2026. Sargassum smells terrible and you can't use the beach, so keep that in mind when you plan your trip. Other then that, it was a wonderful experience and I will certainly be back."
