"This is a great hotel in Chiang Mai. Been to this city many times , first time at this hotel. From the service to the cleanliness to the food and everything else, we loved our stay here. Rooms are spacious and well kept. I loved the bed and rain shower. The pool is very clean and really refreshing for a nice dip or even laps to keep your cardiovascular levels up. The breakfast is very good. I especially love the eggs. Stayed here only 2 nights and it was a bit different each day. The coffee machine pumps out incredible coffee. My favorite was the Mocha. If you don’t have breakfast included with your package, I still recommend purchasing it while there. The area to sit to eat is beautiful. All the front desk staff is wonderful. Good English speaking staff, very friendly & knowledgeable about the area. Location is very good , can walk to the main drag where there’s a lot of markets and even a Big C. Housekeeping and food staff also very efficient and nice. Next time in Chiang Mai, we’re coming back here. I highly recommend this hotel. It was also very quiet at night so we slept good and felt very relaxed throughout our stay. "

"Really amazing hotel and highly recommended. Immaculate rooms with lots of cool features. Free activities every day like candle-making and ice baths. An amazing serve-yourself open bar every day that I’ve never seen before at any hotel ever. A make-your-own-juice fruit stand in the mornings that was mindblowingly good. Breakfast was incredible with tons of options. Pool is heated with super comfy seating. Staff was incredibly helpful and arranged tours for us. The host Jimmy gave us some show recommendations that really were perfect and some of our best Thailand experiences. Would definitely come back here! 10/10"
