The room was clean, the beds were very comfortable, and the bathroom was spotless. We were assigned a room on the 4th floor, so we didn’t experience any noise from outside. The only thing I would mention is that the breakfast was not great. Honestly, you can find many better breakfast options in the city of Hanoi for the same price or even cheaper. The staff was wonderful and very kind, always assisting us with a smile.

The room was clean, the beds were very comfortable, and the bathroom was spotless. We were assigned a room on the 4th floor, so we didn’t experience any noise from outside. The only thing I would mention — especially for people who prefer more peace and quiet — is that the room door has small gaps between the door and the hallway outside. Because of that, you can hear hallway noise, and if there are any smells outside, they can enter the room as well. The staff was wonderful and very kind, always assisting us with a smile.
