"The keyword here is Budget. You don’t pay much for this hotel. Lobby and breakfast areas are fine. But the room is in poor condition. It wouldn’t take much just to patch the holes in the ceiling or remove the dust here and there or add a shower curtain. Beware, the bed mattress is very hard. Almost like a gym mattress. Clean comfortable convenient

"Excellent place to stay. Very comfortable and clean room. Shower water pressure and temperature is perfect. Hotel is conveniently located to local shopping. Also within walking distance to local temples and the 3 Kings statue. During Sunday, the night market is just in front of the hotel doorsteps. "

"A 5 star oasis in Chiang Mai with wonderful facilities and staff. It’s right beside the night market. Only negatives were the less than ideal lighting in the parking lot and the temperature on the floor hallways. Both issues were being addressed after I sent them feedback."
