Amazing and helpful staff. Location is perfect, 100m from the Phea Gate and only 15 minutes to/from the airport. Hotel itself is tired and in need of refurbishment, however the room was large, comfy bed and clean linen and towels, room cleaned every day. Was not inpressed with breakfast, we only went once, but next door there is a French bakery and there are several other places which are better and cheaper. All in all we enjoyed our stay, would go back.

This hotel is very well located on the east side just outside Chiang Mai's old town. You can walk to Tha Pae gate which is very famous for photographs and that takes you into the old town. We got a room on the 6th floor with a beautiful view of the old town and Doi Suthep in the background - would definitely recommend asking for a room facing the west.

The hotel is nice with a great location for NewYears Eve party and fireworks. The place is dated (pool, spa, fitness, bathroom, windows) but provided good service when requested. For the price of the hotel, breakfast should be included. I would stay here again, especially for New years Eve. The Sunday Night market is without 5 minutes.

This hotel is absolutely stunning! From the moment you step in, you have a 5 star treatment from all the staff. It's super well located, very closed to Thapae Gate, with walkable distance to the Sunday Market, Night Bazar, 7eleven and the temples. The room was spacious, the bed was extra comfortable, the shower pressure was great, it was extremely clean and smelled lovely! The hotel also counted with a pool and a spa area, where you can have a relaxing massage. The staff really takes care of you at all times! I strongly recommend staying here!

Great place to stay but we got there after a long trip we wanted to order a shake from the bar and the girl didn’t make us one even though the bar closes 10:30 and it was 10:25 and I showed her the time she didn’t care.

Hotel was old and dirty. Shower had pink mold growing and yellow stains throughout. Bed sheets were extremely itchy. Bath towels consistently smelled bad and had black spots. Cleaning staff was also inattentive and ruined my phone charging cable by rolling a bed onto it. The only nice thing was the lobby.
