We arrived in the morning, the hotel staff were really accommodating and we had an early check in, which allowed us to relax by the pool before exploring the city .

The hotel was very clean, the staff are friendly and seem to run it as a little family. There’s a coffee shop at the front that’s serves a lovely coffee in the morning upon your exit. There are plenty of little food places near by and the old town is a short grab ride away (10 mins) it will cost around 80 Thai bhrt for the ride.
Would I stay here again for the price yes 👍.

The hotel is quite old but clean. The room is clean and spacious compare to its price. The location is not far from city center but you need a car if you want to go there or Nimman road. There is no breakfast nor dinner since the restaurant open only from 10am-6pm.

-Super friendly staffs
-Room was clean and exactly as in pictures, even balcony was clean too. Only air cond took hrs to be cool 2 of 3 nights were like that. And if you have a small curtain above the balcony door, it may be good but i got the eye cover anyway.
-Location is good but may be difficult to find. It was in Chinese with small 'TCH' at the end, next to boxing school. can walk to Sat and Sun markets (sunday they had music band infront of the place but they finished around 11pm)

This is new hotel, need to improve on bed, pillow and air conditioning. The bed is too hard, not very comfortable and pillows are too low. The air-conditioning is far too slow to get cold temperatures by the time the air conditioning get cold we have to leave the room. We got discount price so it's quite worth paying. But if we have to pay full price we Will think about it, the hotel management need to improve all the facilities that mentioned above, also need to improve breakfast.
