This was my 5th stay and it was excellent as always. Each time I stay I don’t think my view could get any better but they always surprise me. On previous stays I’ve had a view of the Tower of Terror and fireworks, second trip I could see both the Epcot and Hollywood studios fireworks from my window. On my 3rd trip I had a resort view and could see the Magic Kingdom fireworks. This time I had an amazing balcony room looking directly at the Epcot ball it was amazing in the evenings! A premium and convenient retreat from the madness of Disney world. Super easy to walk to back entrance at Epcot and Hollywood Studios, with the benefit of early opening and late opening for deluxe resort guests. Very short walk to Dolphin and Swan and their facilities as well as Boardwalk and Yacht and Beachclub resort restaurants. Rooms are clean and stylish.

Our go to when in Orlando. Good size rooms, lovely complex and facilities, great staff.
Good food in the bar and pool bar.
But resort fee and self park now ridiculously high. $40 and $34 tax respectively. Making us consider alternatives now. Big shame.

We had an amazing stay at the Four Seasons Hotel Orlando.
There was a small hiccup at the beginning as we had arranged to be picked up from the airport by the hotel but couldn’t readily locate the driver. Once we found the driver, everything onwards went smoothly. There were two cold and refreshing bottles of water in the car and the drive to the hotel was pleasant.

Delightful hotel. Very well appointed and spacious rooms. Enjoyed the 'quiet' pool although nearby drinks machine was empty- a bit annoying and when I pointed this out to a member of staff she brought me a free bottle of coke and immediately was on phone to report the issue. Can't understand why this isn't checked daily though. Also no stamps for Post to UK in gift shop. Both minor irritations that could easily be avoided.
Staff were all very friendly and helpful and really could not fault...

We stayed here on the day of our 25th Wedding Anniversary. From entering at the front lobby staff were attentive and friendly. Our room was beautiful and presented well. We asked for a quiet room and it was. Comfy beds and lovely private balcony.
We ate at Citricos at night. Our server was great. Not only did she look after us well but she went above and beyond our expectations. She had menus made up with our names/25th Anniversary on. Complimentary champagne, complimentary desserts and...

Had a very nice apartment in this "resort", which featured golf courses, basketball and pickleball courts as well as pool, lazy river, minigolf etc. (With exception of pool, there are extra charges for activities, which can be paid per use or you can get multiday passes). Had beautiful view over lake/beach... fantastic sunset.
Good range of cable channels.
To be fair our packed park and shopping agenda meant we were never in the resort long enough to use most of the facilities, so cant comment...

We (family of 4, with children 8 and 6) loved this hotel. It looks amazing as you walk into the lobby - a huge wooden atrium with giant totem poles and a bridge over a water feature. The room was really comfortable and the swimming pool was fab. Only thing to be aware of is that food is pricey - but not unexpected in a Disney hotel.

We stayed here at the beginning of our trip and returned for 5 nights at the end of the trip. We particularly enjoyed the quiet bedrooms, the spacious apartment and the great pool. It was not too busy the second time and so we had a very relaxing time. Staff very helpful. Thank you .

Fantastic hotel with what appeared to be refurbished rooms overlooking pool/lagoon area.
Best pool in Disney with lazy river and slide. Only 10min walk to Epcot.
Will be out first choice hotel on our next visit.

Staff were very friendly and helpful and worked very hard. Nothing was too much trouble
Room was clean enough - prefer it to be cleaned more often but understand the reason for keeping costs low to enable cheaper prices - parking was good and plentiful but didn’t appreciate it costing $50 as I had been advised it was included in package holidays

We have just completed a 16 night stay here and the old saying "you get what you pay for" certainly applies. It is a superb and superior hotel, obvious from the moment you arrive. Not cheap - we knew that - but worth it. Breakfast every morning was a feast for eyes and tummies! The Highball & Harvest staff are fantastic. Faultless house-keeping and even during Hurricane Matthew, the "Ride-Out" team did a superb job. The personal touches, like being addressed by name by staff (how do they...

Loved this hotel. Spacious well maintained rooms. Mostly delightful staff with the exception of one of the security guards at the gate who was decidedly 'un Disney' and not exactly cheerful - he is there to deter dubious characters I suppose but first impressions are important to paying guests. There was another guard who was just delightful and helpful. Room cleaned to a high standard. Pool area impressive- the lazy river a great was to chill out. we only ate the buffet breakfast - good...
