Not a huge deal, but we were wanting to order room service and we did not have the QR code in our room like they said we would. When asked if they have the QR code they said they don't have an extra one. Because our phone didn't work we had to go down every time we had a questions, like just wanting utensils. "

"The Chelsea was a convenient place for us to stay. It's an old building but well kept. The one drawback we found was that it was very noisy. We could hear people in the hallway from our room plain as day. They have a lovely pool and hot tub also."
