"It is surrounded with tons of stores around. We enjoyed the restaurant at the ground floor. The cleanliness of the building is phenomenol. One of the busiest street but the experience was amazing. The waiting time for elevator is an opportunity, wish there is a stair to use as alternative. "

"Pretty much everything is great, but solo travellers may feel a bit unsafe because of the surroundings, especially if it's your first time in Tokyo."

"The staff was top notch. The hotel was nicely located near Ginza shopping area and close to many food options. Convenient marts located downstairs from the hotel. Overall, we had a wonderful stay. "

"Amazing stay!!! Unfortunately the Godzilla head was under construction which was a bummer but I loved staying here and if I’m back in Japan I’m coming back here! Rooms were small but very functional and comfortable! "

"I recently stayed in April 2025 everyone was nice and very helpful. I felt safe in the area at night when I explored the city being out til 12am. It’s convenient the train station wasn’t far at all I love that I wasn’t far from Shibuya or Shinjuku or Akihabara I love Japan going back😊💕"

"Everything was great... only down side is when they do the room cleaning every 3 days (which I love) but the times they get to your room is between 8am to 2pm... it varies day by day (makes sense on how busy they are) but the maids wont clean the room while you are in there (which kinnda sucks)"

"Every was great , amenities are excellent . Only complaint is about bey to Small and pillow are really bad . Tv option for English speakers guests are almost none . Control remote ata in Japanese . If you like to Watch any tv ? Forget about it .!"
