"At 10:15pm we discovered our room had NO HOT WATER… cold ONLY. The girl at front desk had obviously had a long day as her frustration showed.. but thanked us for our patience. However, she left her shift that night never having done anything about our situation. I called again at 11:00 and the next man on duty arranged for us to move rooms. Security came to trade keys but had the room numbers all mixed up. We did finally get to our new room a short while later. The morning clerk was completely indifferent over the situation. I’ll be reaching out to Hilton. I did not like the fact my card had to be swiped BEFORE keys was given with an ADDITIONAL $50 charge to cover any incidentals we charged.. then it was to be refunded the next morning. Parking was an additional 27$."

"Here’s a cleaner and more professional version of your review while still keeping your honest experience and concerns clear: The hotel is average overall, but considering how expensive hotels in San Diego County can be, I do think this is an affordable option for the price. I found the property to be clean, and while I experienced a couple of issues of safety that had me at edged. The main concern happened during check-in. I had reserved a two-bedroom room, but when I arrived, I was assigned a one-bedroom instead. Once I entered the room, I quickly realized it was already occupied because there were personal belongings in the closet belonging to another guest. That honestly made me very uncomfortable. While I understand mistakes can happen, situations like this are serious because it means someone could accidentally walk into an occupied room. I could have walked in while someone was sleeping or resting, and the same could have happened to me during my stay. After that incident, my experience was fairly average—nothing particularly impressive, but nothing terrible either. I live far away and occasionally need a place to stay because I work near hospitals in San Diego County, so convenience is important for me when choosing a hotel. so I don’t believe I’ll be coming back as safety is a big issue for me."

"Stay was overall good. Hotel is under renovations so parking is super limited and the hallways are super chaotic. Our room was clean and comfortable which is always great. Breakfast was decent, very crowded as the hotel was full but overall not bad. Lots of teens so it was loud all hours of the day and night which I didn’t love. Would stay again though."

"I appreciated the microwave and refrigerator in the room. The bed was comfortable. However the parking was challenging if you returned to the property after 9pm. It was noisy at night and i could hear the people walking back and forth in the room above me as well as them showering and running water."
