The Family Room was beautifully decorated. It is clean with loads of space and a very thoughtful layout. It is more than enough for 2 adults and 4 children (3 teens and 1 x 8 year old). It is equipped with quality high tech appliances and loads of USB / USBC sockets and therefore not requiring plugs and adapters. Good value in exclusive area of San Diego. Friendly staff. Good size room. Lovely view from balcony. Easy parking. Few steps from shops and easily reached coves and beaches. Would stay again

We selected this hotel for location, however the services provided by the hotel and staff were excellent. Staff could not have been more helpful, from the manager (very visible during our stay), to reception and housekeeping staff. The complimentary breakfast was very good, and again staff couldn't have been more attentive during this service. Rooms were well equipped (even had a microwave). I would highly recommend this hotel.

Close to airport. Clean and convenient. Parking on site at a charge. All good.

Nice hotel, good facilities, breakfast was busy but lots of choice and regularly replenished. Nice warm pool. It does shut between 7-8pm to be cleaned which can be annoying if you get in at 6.55 without knowing this!

Such an unusual experience. Hotel situated in Old Town Heritage Park, very quiet at night. Like staying in an old western movie saloon. Loved it.

I've stayed at this hotel before and would definitely stay here again. The staff are friendly, approachable and offer exemplary customer service. The rooms are great and everything was spotless. The air con was a bit loud but I don't live somewhere that needs it and most people might not even notice. Either way I was able to turn it off when I wanted with ease. Very clean hotel. Staff were friendly. The pool was decent and not busy which was nice. Breakfast was basic but did the job. Bedroom was a good size. Especially liked having laundry facilities on the same floor as the bed room. My only suggestions would be the addition of a shuttle to the nearby Malls, even if only a few times a day. There's no shops nearby to the hotel so a shuttle would have been useful. Also having to pay $2 for bottled water was annoying and quickly added up to a lot...

This is a very nice Embassy Suites with an attractive decor, attractive & clean rooms, a helpful staff, great bed, good chairs, good lighting, and a very special cocktail hour with drinks and snacks for the guest - - an unexpected treat provided for all guests.

Very beautifully decorated and well maintained property. The cleanliness was top notch. Kitchen staff were friendly and helpful. I like the fact that we also had complimentary dinner. Breakfast was quite monotonous but not too bad. Would definitely stay again.
