"This is the worse place to stay. There is no staff that works in the office. The night worker was the rudest. You have to use a phone to call for assistance to get checked in. The first fee times I called no one answered then the guy finally answered and was rude and said yo give him 4 minutes while he finished taking his break or whatever he was doing. Then hung up on my face and when I needed to ask him more questions he closed the wall to the office on me."

"Recent stay for two nights in a studio room with two adults & three children while visiting an ailing family member. Our stay started off poorly when we pulled back the sheets on both beds the first night and found brown stains on the bedding. We notified the front desk immediately and were moved to another room. While appreciated the room change, packing up and relocating at night with three children was far from ideal. Night 2, after an emotionally draining day, we return to find the toilet in our room clogged. When I contacted the front desk, I was told maintenance had left at 4:00 p.m. and that they would provide a plunger so we could clear it ourselves. In all my years of travel have never been handed a plunger. I was told on-call maintenance was contacted but no response. I cleared the clog and then asked if someone could at least mop the area afterward. The front desk employee came to help was courteous & professional. She explained that she was not equipped to handle maintenance issues but could clean the floor. I do not fault her as I don’t typically handle them either.. Requested some recourse thru Expedia but hotel denied stating we had been in the room for hours, however, we didn’t pull the covers down until we were going to bed so we didn’t see the stains until then. Also, we opted to handle the toilet ourselves, with 5 people in a room didn’t really see much choice at the time. I saw a plunger at my door as a sign no one would be coming to assist."
