The property overall was quiet and convenient. Nice area not far from the airport with easy transit to shopping areas how ever the pool was close the entire time and it took almost a month to get my security deposit back.

After hurricane

Week long trip and this was the best out of the 5 hotels I stayed at. Just after a hurricane, so concessions should be made. Popcorn ceiling was flaking off. TV was busted and the remote was sticky. Stains on the lounge chair. No trash can in the room. The bed was SUPER comfortable and I got a great night's sleep. The hotel was quite, as well. Hot breakfast was appreciated.

Stay was adequate but needs improvement

The staff was polite and efficient. The room was recently remodeled however the AC unit was ancient which meant the room smelled musty despite keeping the temp low. The couch was heavily stain and the room lacked a coffee maker.The complex overall is showing its age; the continental breakfast was decent.

Exceptional service

The hotel is very clean, bedding nice and crisp l, king bed very very comfortable. However the staff are outstanding. We woke up with a severe mechanical problem with our Mercedes. Rashmi, the young lady at the front desk went above and beyond d to assist us with our problem. We can not thank her enough for helping us out in a very difficult position. We will stop here whenever passing through Jacksonville.

The hotel is old. Laptop was damaged by housekeeping. After staying in hundreds of hotels without ever having an issue I was baffled to come to the room and see my laptop had been stepped on or dropped.

Just needed a place to rest and it was close to airport had continental breakfast but stopped serving at 9 and didn’t have much before 9 it was all gone. Took 100 deposit that suppose to get back in few days that was 19th and haven’t seen it returned yet very shady.
