"The kitchen was fully equipped with utensils, pans, dishes, etc.. There was a dishwasher, but it seemed wasteful to use it. We purchased a drying rack and some storage containers to use and left them for the next guests. The staff was outstanding. There were a couple of minor technical issues which they took care of immediately. We stayed in the same complex last spring and loved it enough to stay here again during the holidays."

Tisha was so pleasant to interact with and incredibly professional. This is a busy season and the front desk was super busy at all times. "The location of this retreat is very nice and not far from KOA airport. We arrived the airport at later night but able to check in our room smoothly. Really appreciate the flexibility it offers. The room is clean and full of amenities. Within the retreat, there are club house, laundry place and BBQ place, very cute and well maintained. Thank you for hosting us! ."
