This has been a lovely week. The hotel is just lovely and the staff are so helpful and friendly. Nothing is too much trouble. The hotel is spotlessly clean. Breakfast is lovely and there are many choices. The hotel has free shuttle buses to the Phuket market and the main shopping centre. What a amazing place. Nestled in the hilltops of Panwa Beach are these beautiful villas. We were in a 2 bedroom villa with sea view and pool. Recently returned after spending 9 nights in this hotel. Very great and friendly staff also the conditions are amazing. Free shuttle to market and Phuket town arranged by the hotel also to different beach. Great private beach whatever you need to make the most of it till 3 pm around, no water then till like 7pm.
Plenty restaurants and different places to eat just down the road, 5-10 minutes walk.
The only down side is the food prices within hotel, European prices more like here in London....

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this resort. The views/beach are the definition of paradise.
The rooms speak for themselves via the pictures on here.
Had a minor issue i.e. We had a leak in our bathroom ceiling from the Aircon unit, BUT we were moved in to an upgraded room promptly.
Prior to arriving we had seen a few reviews/comments with regards to food quality/selection but we had absolutely no issues at all and found the breakfast and evening meals to be really nice/good quality... but...

Lovely property manager very welcoming rooms clean and functional with good outside place Free breakfast Nice tropical surroundings only issue for me was hotel did not have a restaurant so had th walk about one and a half kilometres to nearest restaurant but this would not be a problem if you have transport beach also about two kilometres Having said that this is an excellent hotel for the price accommodation is more expensive on that part of the island so this is a good deal

We stayed here for a little over 2 weeks and loved every second. The hotel is still so new that they are still modifying a few little bits here and there which did not interfere with our stay at all.
The rooms were bright, clean and had everything we needed and some.
The location is a bit out of the way, which surprised me a little because I did do some research before travelling, however it wasn't an issue as we then just hired a car (best decision ever!) to which the reception staff helped...

Staff were absolutely fantastic with our 2 year old boy. Lots of facilities for toddlers and a really safe and friendly environment. The hotel and facilities are on par with hotels that charge 2 or 3 times more. The staff are amazing and try really hard to make you feel at home. Has a very homely, safe and relaxing feel about it.
