Well maintained, super clean. Is it brand new? No, there are scratches here and there. But it's in far better condition than any of our homes, and than most hotels. "DO NOT STAY HERE. Absolutely terrible experience. I came with a friend for a weekend getaway only to find out we had no hot water in the building. We thought at first maybe it was on a timer which is why it didn't work the first night. The following morning the water was still not heating up. The woman who had given us the keys the night before was very kind and came over with the plumber who found that there was a broken piece which could not be replaced until days after our departure.
