Incredible couples only resort with great staff, activities and amenities. The swim up suite was great.

If you're looking for a resort that feels like coming home, this is it. Every person here makes you feel like family. From arrival we were met with warmth. We were given a full hotel tour before being handed to our butler for the stay, Norma, who went above and beyond daily — looping us into the turtle release conservation program, sourcing medicine when I was unwell, and having the chef prepare a bespoke octopus dish for my wife — something not even on the menu, made purely because she...

Beautiful hotel and amazing food and service. Everything felt very luxurious and nothing was too much trouble. Beds were super comfortable too. Only issue we had was our room overlooked the marina side with a flat mosaic roof beyond our balcony and there was workman on the other side every day we were there, meaning the balcony was unusable.

Great stay; accommodation and amenities very good. We’ll be back

What a great place! Starting with the reception, Dylan who helped us with the restaurant bookings, the waiters and all the staff. They were fast, efficient and smiling all the time. The rooms/ apartments are spotless, good furniture, curtains, the kitchen is fulkt equipped. You have everything you need and more. Food is delicious and the drinks are good too. Swimming pools are heated and the children enjoyed the aqua park and the jacuzzi. The other hotel is a great spot for snorkeling, we sau a...

Stayed here for 9 nights in oct 2014. Room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Reasonably well appointed. Food was ok. Not amazing but fresh and tasty. Small but adequate pool. Close to boulevard kukulcan so easy to get buses. Very helpful travel advisor in hotel lobby helped us plan some tours, pick up from hotel lobby. Absolutely delighted with the hotel for the money. If you want a hotel that has a beach/ swim up bar then probably look elsewhere but this a great hotel with polite staff and...

We visited Blue Diamond as our Honeymoon destination and definitely NOT let down. From the front reception area to our rooms, to the beach and tropical rainforest surrounding, Blue Diamond is an ideal getaway for couples. We stayed in the Cenote Laguna Deluxe Suites and were amazed by the space of the rooms and location next to the Laguna.

Very nice clean, right on the beach. Friendly staff. Good food choice throughout day on all inclusive. Drinks unlimited. The beach beds are so nice with whirpool/jacuzzi.

I give 4 stars because it was exactly and what I expected and wanted, a mid range hotel that is tucked out the way but within waking distance of everything. This included the 360 surf hire shack, one of the main activities I wanted to do during my 2 weeks in Cancun. The room was of a decent standard for the price with comfy king-size bed, wifi, security box, pool, and 24 hour hot water. The staff were helpful and friendly enough. Only thing I would say was that it seemed to be more local...
