"This was my first all-inclusive resort experience and my expectations were greatly exceeded! Every part of the property from my room, to the pool areas, and even the beaches were pristine and so well-kept. And the VIEW! The staff were so sweet and helpful, and you’ll always have a drink in hand if you’d like. I’d recommend the strawberry daiquiris and mango tequila shots; Abu at the Art Deco bar is the absolute best. Food-wise, there are a-la-carte dining options and a buffet-style restaurants - all were fantastic. My favorites were the Italian restaurant and the buffet-style restaurants. The presentation, endless options, and tastiness of the food were all on point. There’s also a coffee bar and 3 bars including a pool bar! You’ll never be bored with options from the beach, the Riu parties, and the nightclub to purchasable excursions, jet skis etc. - you will never be bored here! There’s also a spa if relaxation is more your style. 10/10 would recommend and I would love to revisit!"

"Beautiful clean hotel! Overall our 6 night stay was great, beach is clean and beautiful. However the front desk was not very welcoming when we first arrived. We couldn't help to notice and didn't like that there was a male host at the Agave restaurant that was rude shouting at a couple that seating was closed. The food was good but definitely not as bad as some people complain in reviews, but can always be better. Ricardo the Bartender was AWESOME and is a hard worker. Make sure you tip him! Ivan the server from the buffet was extremely welcoming and great! Other than that, we feel it was a good hotel and we would stay there again."

"If you’re looking for a quieter, more laid-back resort without constant daytime activities, this place is perfect. The atmosphere is very chill and relaxing, and the smaller size of the resort makes it feel much less crowded and more peaceful compared to larger resorts. There are three restaurant options including the buffet. The Italian and Japanese restaurants were both fantastic, and the buffet was consistently reliable with good variety throughout the stay. The staff really made the experience even better. Room service was excellent, and the bartenders were amazing especially Antonio, Felipe, Fernando, and Miguel. They were friendly, always making jokes and having drinks and shots ready for us before we even finished our drinks, everyday we’d walk in and they’d know us by name. Incredible service. "
