"The biggest complaint we had was ice. The room was provided with an ice bucket but there is nowhere in the building to get ice. They want you to call room service for ice and then pay the fee for room service staff to deliver the ice. When you have to request ice multiple times it get very inconvenient and expensive. Our room phone had to be replaced which took two days to do because it was not operational and we had to walk to the lobby every time we needed something. The thermostat was inoperable which made conditions in the room uncomfortable at night when you want the room cooler. There was no soap available near the sink either. Other than that, the staff was very kind and helpful during our stay."

"The Hotel was very nice and situated in the heart of the town. The property was well landscaped with many features. The spa was beautiful and very relaxing. The staff were helpful, especially Martha. She made the stay and extended stays easy. Great customer support. The dinning facilities were also excellent with great food. "Very clean room! Some things need improvement for example the reception staff second shift none of them spoke English. Every night that I came back into the room my card had always a problem! I had to go down again to re-configure it because I was not able to enter the room! This happened 2 times. On top of it they always forgot to put the right number of towels into the room! Fair connection with the metro but a but far away from the city."
