"Breakfast was just ok, certainly not really a good value. Rooms are dark, low ceilings, out-updated furniture, etc. All in all, the hotel is good enough, though one may not think of it as a spa like experience, especially when considering that this is one of the attractions/ amenities that they are offering & advertising."

"Location! This was an excellent choice to walk all over Oxford, the breakfast (for a fee) was superb & met dietary restrictions. The staff and Lobby area are wonderful. My only small complaint is the general WiFi is not great, but by joining their corporate membership program, you can access a better network AND get a complimentary beverage."

"Very helpful staff. Clean room, corridors and foyer area. Room was really spacious, comfy bed, good layout. Only negative would be parking, very limited, struggled to park one night, was told only 60 spaces, which are chargeable, for over 500 guests. No suggestion of anywhere else to park, so had to sit waiting for someone to leave."

"I have stayed at this hotel a few times. The rooms are spacious and always very clean. I find the beds are very comfy. Always have a good night's sleep. Each time I have stayed here it has been very quiet at night, no noise from other residents which is nice. Staff are friendly and helpful. Good facilities to use. Nice restaurant and good food. I would highly recommend this hotel."

"The room was well equiped with everything we needed as well as being spotlessly clean. It was especially nice to have a big screen tv, a fridge and ironing equipment as well as a digital bedside clock. The air con worked really well. The breakfast was really nice with a good selection of items for full english as well as contental. The only thing we were disappointed with was the bacon which looked very tasty but didnt taste very nice at all. The sausages however, were excellent. The hotel is only a short walk from the station and is very close to many shops, pubs and other attractions."

"The room was small, bedding didn’t feel luxurious at all, pillows very thin. The doors to the rooms were not soundproof so you can hear everything in the corridor. You have to pay for parking at this hotel! Overall a little disappointing for the price, may as well have saved some money and stayed in a travelodge "
