The property and our stay was excellent in many respects the venue is beautiful and our room. No 9 was nice clean and tidy. However some the tiles in the bathroom were about fall of which detracted look of the room. Small other minor details were missing too like only one coaster to put your tea or coffee on and only one mug for mouth washing in the bathroom. These things were swiftly resolved when staff were notified. Breakfast was absolutely first class cooked to order and tasted wonderful with fresh ingredients. Alisa was our main contact in reception and elsewhere too. She was kind helpful and polite at all times and made every effort to make us welcome during our stay.
