"Great location and good service. Only feedback I would give is there’s no option to set the thermostat to cooling during the winter which I feel is needed for when it’s a warm day. Otherwise it’s a great hotel."

We had an amazing time the in Four Seasons Gresham Palace. The room was lovely and the bathroom was very luxurious. The hotel staff were all fluent in English and were only too happy to help with whatever we needed, for example, booking taxis for us, offering us robes & towels to take to the Turkish Baths. The Spa at the hotel was lovely and clean and although the pool was only small (two lanes) we often had it all to ourselves.

Such a beautiful hotel. Honestly, I have stayed in some corkers but this place. Gorgeous.
We were upgraded on arrival and the rooms are generous in size and host all needed modern amenities.
The spa on the small size but other than this, hotel and service were impeccable.
Hotel very central and in a great part of the city.

We stayed here for 4 nights and had a super time. The hotel is very recently refurbished to an excellent standard, our room upgraded by the way was spacious, beds were very comfortable, shower room/toilet spotless.
The service everywhere was excellent, from Andrew’s welcome, Flora’s support to the bell boys, especially the tall one, almost a friendly giant!

Amazing views of the Danube, great service and very clean. Lovely room, good size and high quality furnishings. Mini fridge with room for few of own items. Huge safe. Good selection of beers in hotel bar. Great maid service. Enjoyed the roof terrace but reccomend booking. If you order a pizza in the bar beware they are huge and one will do two easily.
(Pepperoni pizza is quite hot.) Loved the cooked and deli selection at breakfast buffet. Do egg dishes to order. Walked most places and when did...

Great hotel, location is great to explore Budapest, facilities are amazing, spa is a must, if you can get concert tickets for onsite theatre that would be great. A small comment about steam room which was broken for our 4 days stay, and a small comment about cleaning in rooms that needs to improve. I would still go again there.

Very nice hotel occupying one of Sisi's former palaces in Budapest. Located on the doorstep of the city's most beautiful building, the parliament, it is close to anywhere you want to be. Breakfast is served in a grand former ballroom and is quite good, if somewhat on the expensive side.
We were seriously impressed by the staff, who were all super-friendly, helpful and efficient.

Perfect for me, hubby and 3 kids aged 16, 14 and 12. It was my daughters birthday while we were there and they arrived at the door with chocolates and a card which was a lovely touch. The facilities are great too!

The staff were 1st Class - very helpful, hotel was clean and the room was very confortable. Fridge and safe in the room. Decent shower.
Bit noisy outside but the hotel is in the centre of the town.
Very convenient for all restaurants and for getting down to the river in about 15 mins.
Breakfast was an excellent arrangement with a restaurant downstairs - good choice of food and excellent surroundings - an indoor garden!
Loved it!
