First time visited this hotel.Good location,lots of facilities and good food.The staff are very friendly and helpful.

Lovely hotel , very comfortable spacious room . Everything was perfect . Excellent area within walking distance to the river , shops , restaurants and places of interest. We would definitely return to this hotel again

We lived this place from the moment we arrived. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. As we arrived early, we thought we'd have to leave or cases, which would not have been a problem, but they found us a room straightaway. We booked the slightly better room with a kitchinette. The room was spotless in terms of cleanliness. Most important to me was the room was one of the best sound proofed i have come across and the bed was extremely comfortable. Reception staff were extremely helpful and pleasant. The apartment was comfortable and clean and well stocked. The massage therapist in the hotel gave a lovely massage. All in all, couldn't fault anything during our stay and would happily visit again.

Amazing views of the Danube, great service and very clean. Lovely room, good size and high quality furnishings. Mini fridge with room for few of own items. Huge safe. Good selection of beers in hotel bar. Great maid service. Enjoyed the roof terrace but reccomend booking. If you order a pizza in the bar beware they are huge and one will do two easily. Very nice hotel, easy to access, right next to city centre, shopping mall, many stores, super market and metro station. With regards to the support staff, Bettina from the Reception Office was incredibly kind, helpful and gave us a very warm welcome from the lovely city of Budapest!

We had an event at the Bok stadium. This hotel is a great location for that and walked with 5-10mins. The arena and arena mall is also in walking distance with plenty of food places (standard fast food). The hotel could do with updating but realistically, the hotel was clean, ac was great and and beds were comfortable. Breakfast was good. Staff were very friendly (especially Richard). Such a beautiful hotel. Honestly, I have stayed in some corkers but this place. Gorgeous. We were upgraded on arrival and the rooms are generous in size and host all needed modern amenities. The spa on the small size but other than this, hotel and service were impeccable. Hotel very central and in a great part of the city.

Went for a short break for my birthday and Valentine's Day. Hotel was lovely, staff friendly. Only downside was no milk in room? But we didn't ask either so we bought some as had a fridge in room. Had all my birthday cards up in room a small note saying happy birthday would have gone a long way even if in Hungarian . Otherwise very comfortable would definitely stay again.

The hotel is very central to everything. Right next to the park where there are some nice bars and some good food trucks. Town center has lots going on. Stay away from the Irish bars. They are terrible. Beautiful city and lovely people

I loved the hotel as the room sizes were large and modern and staff were very helpful and friendly. The location was the best point, we were able to walk to many key sites and the tram was literally 2 mins walk away as well. I would definitely come here again.

Well appointed clean and quiet room, comfortable bed and useful tea and coffee making facilities. Good menu choice for breakfast, helpful and efficient staff.
