"Parking was easy and secure. Our last three stays, the room has been way too hot and we couldn’t adjust the temperature. The hotel did provide a fan each time that did help a little bit."

"This was a great hotel for our "larger" family - Two adults, three children (Teen and Preteen) who need a little extra room. We booked the Family Suite for four nights and it worked out very well. The furniture is a bit dated and the hotel itself is on the darker side. BUT the beds were incredibly comfortable, and the kitchen had new full-size appliances. The location was perfect. Super close to everything, including the metro to get to sites a little out of our walking range. Housekeeping was accommodating of our requests. The rooftop pool and patio were very nice. We enjoyed the breakfast in the morning by visiting and taking trays of food back to our room to enjoy in the kitchen while the teenagers snoozed. We would recommend this hotel and are likely to stay here again on a family trip."

"Stayed in queen suite. Lots of room but dated. Bed soft, couch was ok. Bathroom on small side. Overall a good experience. Housekeeping daily was very good. Good location. Easy walk to Bell Centre and downtown. "

"Clean place, right in downtown of Montreal, breakfast were tasty, everyone can find something to eat, however there were no veggies. Staff really nice and helpful. "

"My wife and I stayed in an Admiral Loft #132 for 4 nights in early April 2026. Unit needed maintenance on kitchenette faucets, bathroom faucet handles would spin 360 degrees when using them. Tried to use the jetted spa tub on our last night - faucet handle fell off in my hand and the jets did not work - maintenance was contacted and confirmed all the issues we had - we were offered to charge rooms but we were leaving next morning at 4:00 am for an early flight - so no point in doing that. We were told hotel manger would reach out to offer compensation the next day - but he did not - I had to contact him myself the following day - he did offer to refund 1 night’s stay after some negotiations. Also the on-site restaurant was under renovation and closed - back entrance was also under construction and not accessible - doors were removed and pallets of tiles were stacked in guest walking areas - not ideal. Not a great experience for us and we would not recommend staying here. "
