"Great location for catching a game or show, close to bell center. Staff was friendly and helpful. We were on a high level and the elevator was broken. Ran out of toiletries and had to ask room service for tolit paper and towels"

"We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would absolutely rate it highly. The staff truly stood out—they were consistently friendly, helpful, and went out of their way to assist with anything we needed, which made the experience feel welcoming and personal. The room was very clean, and the bed was extremely comfortable, making it easy to relax after a long day. The location is also a huge plus, as it’s conveniently close to everything, which made getting around simple and enjoyable. We especially appreciated the adjoining outdoor space—it was a great bonus and added to the overall atmosphere of the stay. The only minor downside was that the front entrance was under renovation during my visit, so we had to pass through a busy restaurant/bar area, which could feel a bit tight and crowded—especially when carrying shopping bags. However, this didn’t significantly impact my overall experience. Overall, I had a fantastic stay and would definitely recommend this hotel and stay here again. "
