"The staff at the hotel are very kind and responsive. However, our room was uncomfortably hot our entire stay and the only option was to keep the window open, which meant the curtains had to be wide open and therefore we had no privacy, heard all the outside noise pollution and were awake with the sunrise. The room was still extremely hot with the window open and there is no mechanism to control the room temperature. We reported this both days to staff and they said they couldn’t do anything about it and that the “ac was on”. The hotel bar is nice but the staff really struggled and the service was so so slow - they need another bartender and to be better stocked - every other request they had to run to the back to retrieve items. Beds were comfy, and the room was clean. The “fridge” broke, which the hotel staff later told me was just a “cooler”. They did quickly bring a replacement, which was an actual fridge but we still lost all of the groceries we’d bought the day before. Overall this hotel needs some major updates. You can tell that at one point, it was luxury. But not anymore. I don’t think I’ll go back."

"Great location within walking distance of many sites we wanted to see! Came for a concert at Centre Bell and it was so easily accessible from the venue. Huge room at a very affordable price — highly recommend! "

"The upgrade to thr 2 bedroom suite was worth it. Clean and spacious. Great location close to local landmarks, bars and restaurants. Metro station is very close to the hotel aswell to make it easier to get to other parts of town."

"We chosen this property due to proximity of a show at the Bell Centre and for that it was perfect. The hotel is clean, well staffed and very accommodating. What I didn't like was that after choosing a king bed room, we arrived to find just ONE drawer for clothes and a stiff, industrial bench where I'd expect to see a credenza/bureau. One night would have been acceptable I suppose but after my wife settled in I was left with leaving my clothes on the floor or the bench. Probably a small thing but it left a lousy feeling on this hotel. Check your room before accepting it!"
