"Stayed for 4 nights and have no major complaints. The hotel was very busy due to hosting conventions, but the staff were still very responsive and available. Our room was always cleaned thoroughly and on time. The pool was great and the kids used it every day. We paid extra for the breakfast and while it wasn’t mind blowing it was quite good and convenient, and worth the cost. The weekday breakfast worker, Guy, was such a friendly and memorable character, and was full of helpful advice for newcomers to the city. The hotel itself was conveniently located and we made a lot of use of the connected Bonaventure subway station. Overall it was a great stay and I’d definitely go back. And if I had to make any suggestion at all, it felt like there needed to be more hooks to hang jackets or clothing, especially in the bathroom. It’s a minor issue but I just figured I’d mention it somewhere."

"I really enjoyed our experience and it was next to perfect. A few things that made it a 4 instead of 5 star was 1. Parking is extremely expensive. We stayed 1 night and it cost $150. It is valet and you do get in and out privileges but that was quite the sticker shock. There was matter of somesort at the bottom of the hot tub both days we went to the pool area. Otherwise it was great!"
