I stayed this hotel from March 29- April 1st, 2026 on my business trip.
The hotel was so clean and the staffs were so helpful and kind. I would love to comeback to this hotel on my next trip
Very conveniently located property, and helpful staff. Rooms are a little dated though and quite dark. It can get quite loud with road noise / noise in the hallway.

Liked: Cleanliness
Awesome location within walking distance to shops , concert , food good service
Enjoyed the updated room decor and cleanliness of the room and bathroom. Complimentary coffee pods and waters were a nice welcome touch. Great location in downtown Montreal. Seamless check-in and check-out. Will definitely book it again
Travelled for business and stayed for three nights. Location is excellent, central to shopping, metro, train station etc. The room was great, bed was comfortable. Pillows could be better, these were older and while fluffy they went flat quickly.
One complaint I have is there is no sound proofing of the windows and every sound from the ground can be heard. The early morning delivery trucks, garbage truck, the late mighty crowd singing on their way back. It should be at least slightly muffled. Bought some ear plugs at the Pharmaprix nearby so that helped.
I would stay here again 100%!
I liked the lobby decor, the friendly staff and the clean room. The hotel was located close to everything we wanted to visit, so we were able to walk everywhere and enjoy exploring the city.
Room was spacious, clean, daily housekeeping, friendly staff. Very close to train station, Eaton Centre and the Undergound City. I would definitively say that I would stay here if I visit Montreal again.
