The team of staff, from front desk to baggage helpers, was professional, courteous and friendly. The hotel room has all the expected room accessories: slippers, umbrella, coffee, weight scale, etc. All very well-thought out. A curtain was loose and two maintenance staffs came right away to fix it. We enjoyed our stay a lot! "
