"I’ll start by saying the staff here are absolutely amazing! They are the genuine reason I stay at this property and the service is truly top-tier. The location is also fantastic, and I really enjoyed the gym. However, while the rooms are spacious, the property itself is incredibly dated and feels subpar for the price paid.
The maintenance issues were the biggest drawback. My room felt old, and because the walls and doors are so thin, you can hear everything in the hallways. The bidet in my room had a constant, annoying drip, and the toilet in the gym was broken, meaning I had to go all the way back up to my room just to use the bathroom during a workout. Even worse, my friend's room had a leak on the floor, so we had to keep our shoes on the whole time I was visiting him.
The logistics were also a hassle. Since room keys only grant access to your specific floor, we couldn't easily visit each other. We either had to meet at the lobby and go back up together, or I’d have to walk up 10 flights of stairs. It was also a letdown that the pool and hot tub were closed during my stay.
If you’re looking for a hotel with a great location and world-class service, this is a solid choice. But if you want a place that feels fresh, clean, and fully functional, you might be disappointed."
