property is clean, very friendly staffs, have on-site 24 hrs laundry room for self-service, which was excellent as we went to a water park on that day, and have lots of wet clothes and towels that need to be washed. With 2 young kids stay in the hotel, they love it. will book it again in the future!

The hotel was very nice in a nice area, parking was free and lots if parking space, staff were very friendly and professional, the staff at the breakfast were very friendly and helpful and great everyone with a smile on their face, I would recommend staying there and if I return to Montreal i would definitely stay in this hotel 🙂

I loved that the hotel was fully renovated and its location is perfect close to public transport and a main road very accessible . I didn’t like that we were told the parking is free of charge and were surprised by a charge if $10 per day!

Amazing hotel to stay at while visiting Quebec! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making the experience feel even better and making us feel cared for. The room was better than I imagined, great room service, extremely clean, wonderful amenities. The breakfast had good options, but I personally loved the coffee station.

This was my first time staying at this hotel! I would highly recommend for many reasons. Staff is helpful and friendly, breakfast is good with choice, fresh coffee in the lobby, clean hotel and room, comfortable beds and lots of parking. The hotel has been recently renovated and is now under the Spark banner. One thing that really makes the hotel stand out is its location. It's adjacent to the Champlain Shopping mall on one side and more uniquely to us, it was only a short walk (5-10 minutes) to the REM light rail system's Panama Station. That means its simple to stay at the hotel and take the REM for a short 15 minute ride into downtown Montreal over the Champlain Bridge or a 5-minute ride the other direction the the DIX30 shopping and entertainment district.

Very good hotel. Modern, well-maintained, clean, spacious rooms, and nice bathrooms. Ample free parking, great neighborhood. Breakfast ruins an otherwise perfect experience: knew it would be basic, didn't realize it would be that basic.
