3 people, booked two rooms, travelling from the UK. The staff were friendly, welcoming and helpful. After a long trip, they'd asked if we'd like to get our rooms on the same floor (booked two rooms) which is something I didn't consider but welcomed. Rooms and ensuite were clean, towels and ameneties readily available. Didn't use the TV but channels worked (largely localised/regional channels). Due to the weather, didn't use the AC or heating but they provide a bed throw in the drawer. Breakfast...

We loved our stay at this Sonder. The check in process was straightforward and convenient. The rooms were spacious and had all the amenities you would expect. The location is great to explore Montreal. We also particularly liked the case lockers on site on the day of checkout - enabling us to safely store our luggage before our evening flight. Would absolutely stay here again.

Great location on the edge of Old Montreal and 5 mins walk to the port area. Rooms fantastic with kitchenette area. We booked the king suite which looked out over the main street. The size of the room was superb !

The hospitality here was great - the team were so kind and helpful. We went for a cheaper room that came with a bit of noise from the restaurant but all in all the place was relatively quiet - we opened our window and heard the roar of the bustle outside not realising how well soundproofed the windows were. The place was clean, bed was comfy and the restaurant serving breakfast was spot on. Perfect location for exploring the city.

Great hotel well-located for downtown and only 3 minutes walk from the Bell Centre. Very comfortable room which was cleaned daily. Would definitely recommend.

Ideally located for the old town and only 20 minutes walk from Downtown. The staff are friendly and will make you a complimentary hot drink any time of the day - we arrived after midnight. Breakfast is buffet continental self service with hot drinks made by staff. Our larger room was spacious and the heating responsive all day and night, Staff very friendly and all had good English

We had a wonderful stay. Great hotel and great location. Check-in was extremely busy due to a particularly large group checking in and we were briefly concerned that check-in would be slow…HOWEVER, the staff handled it brilliantly and even upgraded our room as an apology (they upgraded us to a presidential suite, which more than exceeded our expectations and we couldn’t have been happier). Excellent location for downtown business trip. Particularly like the spacious well-equipped gym with cables, and the relaxed vibe of the lobby bar. Just be aware that there is some road construction happening right outside of the hotel which can be noisy at times. I had a corner room, which had a bit of a strange setup, with and empty corner space with no apparent utility and no closet or shelves to hang or layout any clothes.

The loft apartments were very clean and modern. The bed was huge with good quality linen and exceptionally comfortable. The check-in process was straightforward and the staff were very friendly and polite at all times. The apartment was very well equipped with pretty much everything you might need for a two-week stay. A USB port would have been useful. The apartments are situated on one of the main streets in Old Montreal - very conveniently placed for many of the tourist hot spots as well...

We had a fantastic stay at St Thomas. A beautiful hotel ,clean and well maintained. The staff were really helpful and friendly . We loved the location ,a short walk to Montreal Old Town and also near a vibrant area with bars and restaurants . A perfect stay for a city break.

Lovely hotel within walking distance to train station and shops, cafes and restaurants. A little further away from the old town but still walkable . We chose the hotel as we wanted to be nearer to the station on this occasion. Room was extremely spacious with comfortable king size bed , fridge and coffee machine. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful on arrival and provided full information about the hotel and its facilities . Would definitely recommend

Check in staff were excellent although alittle slow but the staff on check out I found abrupt and rude, we were travelling to the airport and had booked a taxi with reception but it was late they did little to follow up and when I asked the name of the company so we could look out for it they didn’t know even though it was the same person that booked it

Had a great stay. But as an Indian I would suggest to provide at least 1 litre normal spring water as a good gesture.
