"Amazing location and property "

"Great stay, really comfortable room, check in staff were super helpful. Only rated staff down by one star because my colleagues and I got accused of stealing from the shop one night… it’s a self service shop, we had paid and were walking away, then got questioned by the girl on the check in desk in an accusatory way. Should also add she was too busy chatting to colleagues to notice if we’d paid, so we didn’t appreciate this interaction. Suggestion is to improve your system rather than accuse paying guests. "

"Staff was excellent, courteous and attentive. The room was small, but clean and always smelled great from the restaurant’s aromas. Plus, I only needed it to rest and shower, so it did the job perfectly! Another positive was that it was centrally located to many attractions, like the Raging Bull, Wall Street, Joe’s Pizza, and more! "

"When choosing a hotel, some people want The most modern buildouts, amenities they aren't going to use, and status that doesn't matter in the end, and thats not to say Eurostars wallstreet lacks any of that. I choose Comfort and a place where the staff remembers you and strives for service of the highest order. Everytime I book a stay, Facondo and melisa, and their team are their to take care of me and it shows. The rooms are some of the biggest hotel rooms in Manhattan, and at night the area is quiet..for NYC. Spectacular location. Spectacular service. I book here every time Im in NYC, which has been going on 5 years straight. I finally decided not to be dumb and become a member this year in march, and I have stayed at this hotel so many times I am about to be a gold member. If you want feel like a new Yorker and not a traveler, this is your hotel."

"My room was small but very clean and quiet. I had all the amenities I needed. My room was cleaned and restocked every day I was there. The staff was courteous and friendly, always with a smile and a kind word. I enjoyed staying at this location and when i return to NYC, it will be the first place I check back into!"
