Staff asked to see ID for confirmation of name on booking.
There is a £50 deposit which is authorised /debited then released/refunded.
Timescale on getting your deposit back after check out depends on the type of card used.
Staff explained services available with open times for breakfast, gym/pool and bar during check in which was great.
The main reception and area on ground floor very spacious with some seats around the place.
The room was just okay, seemed a little dated.
I was disappointed with the general condition of the room.
Old carpets with stains, bathroom sink not working well, chair with dust on it.
There was room safe for anyone who uses it to keep valuables safe.
Nice shower with usual shower gel/ shampoo.
Bed was comfortable.
Great location, very close to the airport.
Local transport brilliant.
Breakfast was excellent, good attentive staff.
Nice, clean and well lit eating area.
Check out is at 12pm which is great, some other hotels around the area have 11am check out.
Check out again great customer service from the staff.
Overall excellent customer service as you would expect from Marriot, it was just the room which could do with a refresh."
