Room was beautiful, staff super helpful, breakfast all we needed, hot tub great if a little too hot. Laundry really useful. Location perfect. Free parking. Wish we'd stayed longer.

From the moment we arrived at bow view lodge we felt at home. The staff were so welcoming and friendly. They gave advice when needed and were so helpful. The hotel is in prime location and just a minutes walk into the town not to mention it sits right on the side of the beautiful bow river. I can’t wait to visit again. Banff is out of this world, the views, the wildlife and the people are first class. The hotel room was well stocked with amenities, warm, and kept so clean by the staff every day....

This hotel was lovely. We loved our clean spacious room and the amenities were fab- nice big hot tub and pool with Waterslide. Gym was also well equipped. Hotel entrance was very nice with a nice sofa and fireplace to sit on and there was flavoured water and cookies available upon check in. Staff were very warm and friendly. There could have been more choice for breakfast especially for vegetarians

Loved our time at Northwinds - clean and modern rooms, perfect as a base for our hikes and exploration around Canmore and Banff.

We had spacious two-bedroom corner suite on floor 2. This was a lovely spot in a convenient location on Banff Avenue . Parking was complimentary in their underground lot. Coffee and water were available in reception. The staff were very friendly and efficient . We had 15Can$ voucher for nearby Keg restaurant; which was an excellent meal by the way. I would definitely recommend and return if I was in the area

I just loved it here. Stayed here before and came back. Comfortable, peaceful, friendly, free regular courtesy bus into Banff… so wonderful. Price good, we love it!

Clean room with great views

Hotel has an attractive 'lodge style' exterior. Well located on Banff Avenue for all the surrounding activities. Rooms are large & comfortable.

It was our 6th visit to this hotel. The restaurant, bar, lobby area, spa are all really smart and the food is excellent. Great service by all staff. Thank you.

Clean room with kitchen amenities. Could easily make a sandwich or have toast if wanted to skip paying for breakfast/lunch. 10 minute walk into Banff centre so away from the busy part but with great restaurants within a 1 or 2 minute walk of the hotel. Great access to all areas Parking was easy and bus stop right outside the hotel

We booked a loft room and it was excellent. We loved the space in the living area and the open fire. They even had an area where you could chop and collect more firewood for free. We saw lots of deer from our balcony which was really special. The kitchen was well equipped with a huge fridge freezer and everything you could need. The best were comfortable and it was quiet, warm and cosy. The pool was shut but there was still slides and the outdoor hot tub open. The hot tub didn't seemed to...
