It’s a beautiful hotel. Its location is so unique and beautiful right by the river Rhine. My room has a balcony where you can sit and watch the river. It’s very spacious and comfortable. We had a fantastic time

Friendly staff at the hotel so no complaints from me. Pretty basic facilities but perfectly comfortable. Tepid water in the shower and be careful stepping out of the shower cubicle as it is raised up off the floor in the bathroom about 8 to 10 inches.

The property was admittedly further out from Cologne than we initially thought but the hotel itself was fantastic with a rail service and bus service bringing you straight to the front entrance. The rooms were perfect for our one night stay and the breakfast we had was exceptional. If I was ever back in this area I would certainly stay here again!

It was great. We arrived a bit confused, as there was a surprise Kraftklub concert at the venue. I expected a calm and quiet vacation with my mom after going to the local spa, but this was better! Security and staff let the very few guest at the hotel "attend" the concert from our window views. The town is definitely mostly car-friendly, and many things are closed for the winter, but the concert was awesome!

Room was very clean. Staff outstanding . Especially the bar steward and Reception. Pool sauna and breakfast was amazing. The buffet dinner is a winner all round . Great choice and good value at €35 pp. You wont be disappointed

Why don’t the English speaking peoples of the world view Germany as a holiday destination? The Rhineland is the the equal of all the most beautiful places on Earth, equal to the Lake District, Cornwall, the West Coast of Ireland and the Highlands of Scotland! My hosts spoke perfect English and were incredibly kind to my boy who celebrated his 8th birthday there. Wonderful quirky hotel full of character. The staff are really helpful and kind, the room is large with a very comfortable bed. Excellent continental breakfast. We would definitely return

Parking was limited but safe and convenient. No problems. Perfect for car nuts like us. Would book again!

Very clean and excellent hotel. If you are into cars, you'll be well catered for. The breakfast was amazing and staff were very friendly and polite.
