"Lovely place to stay……………"

"Room very warm by American standards. Blow dryer had no power/force and using it in a warm room made it feel miserably hot. The pillows were awful, bed was good. Liked 15 minute walk to area with lots of restaurants and a beautiful church."

"Reception personnel was fantastic!! About the breakfast can only say that alit of things where missing and no one was filling them…"

"Restroom was very dirty with stains under toilet seat and mold along bottom of shower curtain. The shower drain was clogged so we were not able to take a shower. I spoke to the front desk attendant about the drain. She was cordial however she was not able to do anything besides send management a message since it was past 9pm. It was 9:10 to be exact. Management never showed up or called us. We left the following morning at 9am without any word from management. I will never stay here again and they should not be allowed to advertise on Expedia. "

"The room was a good size, nice shower and heating. No kettle but that’s been a theme lately. Staff were helpful, breakfast was okay. Good place to eat in town."

"Parking was easy with plenty of space. Staff very friendly. Breakfast was ok. Room was standard holiday inn express, perfectly acceptable. "

"Staff are so friendly and helpful, breakfast included in the price of the stay and is excellent. Cheap supermarket right next door, 5 minutes walk from the train and bus to Phantasialand right across the road (only runs once an hour though). Overall excellent hotel"

"Great location, close to the old town. Near to some great resturants. Staff we really friendly and couldn't help us enough. Great parking nearby under the opera house that was really cheap for the one night we stayed."
