At the staff are really friendly The room was amazing compact but very comfortable It's my second time here in Tokyo in about a year and I stayed at this hotel last year That's why I'm back because I had an amazing experience the first time

2 minute walk from the train station such an amazing stay and helpful staff, everything was great.

Clean rooms, complimentary food and drinks.

The staff at check-in were quite cold and unwelcoming. I smiled and they did not smile back or greet me so I was confused about how and where to check-in. I wasn’t greeted or smiled at my entire stay whenever I entered or exited the building.

Very clean. Provided fresh towels every other day even though we were only staying 5 nights which was a nice suprise. Cleaned the room half way through the trip. Great location and friendly security and staff
